Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 5:00 pm at the Lindale City Hall, located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

A. Call to Order
B. Roll Call
C. Scheduled Business

Discussion and Possible Action to approve change orders listed below related to the Lindale Industrial Park infrastructure project and providing authority for the LEDC President to sign the corresponding contractual documents.

Consideration of addition of a monument sign at the entrance of the Lindale Industrial Park (intersection of Harvey Road and Lindale Industrial Parkway) and the necessary change order.

Consideration of engineering, survey & staking, clearing and construction of road extension to the west from the cul-de-sac on Lindale Industrial Parkway.

Change order #1 regarding water pipe sleeve and silt screening.

Adjourn

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
