Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet with Lindale City Council in a special workshop on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the Lindale City Hall, 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

A. Call to Order

B. Roll Call

C. Scheduled Business:

Workshop between City Council and Lindale EDC to discuss current and future projects. No action will be taken.

D. Adjournment


NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Kinzie Community Center.
