Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Lindale City Hall located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

Approval of minutes from 2011-07-20 regular meeting.

Approval of financials from July 2011, and bill payments.

Discussion and action regarding meeting date for September Board Meeting.

Discussion and possible action to amend board terms expiration dates.

Discussion and possible action regarding signage along Interstate 20.

Discussion and possible action regarding possible TV promotion for Lindale.

Discussion and possible action regarding asbestos material removal on LEDC property.

Discussion and possible action to engage an internet design firm to develop a new LEDC website.

Discussion and possible action related to acquisition of an internet URL.

Budget Workshop

Discussion and possible action to approve LEDC budget.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
