Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Regular Meeting on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 5:00 P.M. at Lindale City Hall located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

E. Scheduled Business:

Approval of minutes from 2011-01-20 regular meeting.

Approval of financials from January 2011, and bill payments.

Presentation of FY 2009-2010 Audit and action to approve the Audit by Gollob Morgan & Peddy, CPA.

Discussion and Possible Action to approve bids and other action as necessary for the Lindale Industrial Park infrastructure project and providing authority for the LEDC President to sign the contract with the Board approved bid winner.

Discussion and possible action to contract for project representation and inspection services for the Lindale Industrial Park infrastructure project and providing authority for the LEDC President to sign the contract for services.

Discussion and possible action to contract for project testing services for the Lindale Industrial Park infrastructure project and providing authority for the LEDC

President to sign the contract for services.

Discussion regarding asbestos testing results, and possible action for demolition of structures and remedial asbestos removal on structures owned by LEDC.

Discussion and possible action regarding billboard/signage/monument on LEDC property fronting on I-20 and at Lindale Industrial Park entry.

Discussion and possible action related to pricing for Lindale Industrial Park parcels.

Discussion and possible action regarding an ad placement in the Lindale Chamber of Commerce magazine.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
