Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Lindale City Hall located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

B. Roll Call

C. Invocation

D. Pledge of Allegiance

E. Scheduled Business:

Approval of minutes from 2011-05-24 regular meeting.

Approval of financials from May 2011, and bill payments.

Discussion regarding disposition of Lamar Advertising ground lease and billboard application.

Discussion and Possible Action related to the ongoing infrastructure construction project at Lindale Industrial Park.

Consideration of change order # 4 for road extension, gravel, etc.

Discussion and possible action related to Protective Covenants and Development Guide for Lindale Industrial Park.

Discussion regarding City of Lindale planning for an overhead water storage tank.

Discussion and possible action related to a 10-year financial plan, plan of work and marketing plan for LEDC. (View PPT)

Discussion and possible action to review RFP created by ED Solutions for website design and approval to submit the RFP to various web design companies.

Discussion and review of City of Lindale Personnel Policy, and consider developing a contract for LEDC president.

Discussion and possible action to participate in funding a regional wage and benefit survey.

President’s Report.

June 24th ED training in Mesquite.

Update on projects.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
