Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Special Called Meeting on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 5:00 pm at the Lindale City Hall, located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

A. Call to Order

B. Roll Call

C. Scheduled Business

Discussion and possible action as necessary related to a website design proposal by ED Suite, and action as necessary related to previous board action to submit the previously approved website design RFP from to various web design companies.
Discussion and possible action related to the Lindale Industrial Park infrastructure project to include, but not limited to, Change Order #4.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
