Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Lindale City Hall located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

A. Call to Order
B. Roll Call
C. Invocation
D. Pledge of Allegiance
E. Scheduled Business:
     Approval of minutes from the 2011-10-19 Regular Meeting.

     Approval of financials from September, and October bill payments.

     Discussion, action and updates related to the ongoing infrastructure construction project at Lindale Industrial Park.

     Discussion and possible action on Protective Covenants and Development Guide for Lindale Industrial Park.

     Discussion and possible action on:

          Job Description for LEDC President.

          Contract for LEDC President.

          Performance review for LEDC president.

     President’s Report.
          Website development.
          ICSC Conference and Dealmaking
          Sales tax training.
          Atlanta consultants trip with Tom Mullins.
          Update on projects.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
