Notice is hereby given as required by Title 5, Chapter 551.041 of the Government Code that the Lindale Economic Development Corporation will meet at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Lindale City Hall located at 105 Ballard Drive, Lindale, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:

B. Roll Call

C. Invocation

D. Pledge of Allegiance

E. Scheduled Business:

Approval of minutes from 2011-08-11 Joint Workshop with City Council and 2011-08-17 regular meeting.

Approval of financials from July and August 2011, and bill payments.

Discussion and possible action regarding meeting date for the November 2011 Board Meeting.

Discussion and possible action regarding Lamar Advertising ground lease for billboard, and discussion regarding development sign.

Discussion, action and updates related to the ongoing infrastructure construction project at Lindale Industrial Park.

Change order #5. Installation of streetlights.

Street paving update.

Review, discussion and possible action regarding LEDC Administrative Items:

Bylaws edits,

Board term expiration dates

Personnel policy, and

Development of a contract for LEDC president.

President’s Report.

Website development.

East Texas Angel Investors Network

Update on projects.

NOTE: The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An announcement will be made on the basis for the Executive Session discussion. The Lindale Economic Development Corporation may also publicly discuss any item listed on the agenda for Executive Session. Executive Session may be conducted on a site other than the Lindale City Hall.
