Lindale Industrial Park is 120-acres, including 1,800 feet of frontage on Interstate 20 in Lindale Texas.

Traveled to Chicago this week to market Lindale Industrial Park.  Met with Tracey Bosman, Michael McDermott and Jerry Szatan, all of which are Site Location Consultants that work with industrial companies to find suitable sites for expansions and relocations.  We discussed Lindale's location right on Interstate 20 which is perfect for distribution and logistics, the Lindale area labor force numbering right at 100,000, and the population within 60-miles of Lindale is 1 million.  The fact that Lindale is central in a 4-state region comprised of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, and is central in the United States and is below the freeze thaw line were also important points. 

Attended the National Plastics EXPO (NPE) from April 1-4, 2012 in Orlando, Florida.  Patricipated with Oncor Electric Distribution and several other north Texas economic development corporations to market Lindale Texas economic development.  Lindale materials were available for attendees.  The show was well attended by plastics industry businesses from through-out the world.

Visited Dallas for a couple of days March 28-29, 2012 to visit with some Dallas based commercial real estate developers, an industrial site location consultant, and to attend the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) quarterly membership breakfast.  Was a very good trip.  Well worth the effort.
