New Mayor Sworn In Today

A new mayor was sworn in today for Lindale.  Robert Nelson has been on the council for five years and ran unopposed for Mayor this spring.  Congratulations to Mayor Nelson.  Incumbant Council members, Ginger Sims and Clyde Harper also were sworn in to begin new terms.  Last week Bryan Summerville was appointed by the Council to fill the vacant council slot vacated when Councilman Charles Morphis passed way unexpectedly.
