The new Collin Street Bakery restaurant has opened in Lindale.  The restaurant is located at the intersection of FM849 and Interstate 20 near Hideaway Lake.  The store sells a variety of the company's trademark fruitcakes and pastries as well as sandwiches, fresh baked breads, salads, soups and baked potatoes. 

Collin Street Bakery was founded in 1896 in Corsicana, Texas and has operated as a family owned bakery offering a delisious array of quality baked goods.

The physical address is 17044 I-20 West, Lindale, Texas.  The phone number is 903-882-9205. 

Hours are: Mon-Sat 7:00 am to 8:00 pm,  Sunday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
