First Industrial Park Tenant

With Board and City Council approval, I had the privilige of signing a Purchase and Sale Agreement with a company who is interested in building a distribution center in Lindale Industrial Park.  Assuming the sale closes, this will be our first Park tenant.  We are very excited to be working a deal to locate a business in the Park just three months after celebrating the completion of infrastructure with fanfare by holding a grand opening event for the Park.  This is a testament to the Park's location at Harvey Road and I-20 in Lindale, adjacent to a 1.6 million square foot distribution for Target Corporation.  With excelent on/off acces at the interstate, the Lindale Industrial Park has a great future.  It's been a busy week, but a good one for sure.
