Governor Rick Perry Visits Lindale

A standing room only crowd of residents and dignitaries attended a visit to Lindale by Governor Rick Perry.  State Representatives, Leo Berman and Bryan Hughes, and a number of other elected officials attended the event that was held at the Miranda Lambert store and HQ in downtown Lindale. The elected officials were drumming up support for the Governor's "Texas Buget Compact."  Country music recording artist, Miranda Lambert is from Lindale, and her parents hosted the event at the store they operate in downtown Lindale.  The event was coordinated by Holly Rand, proprieter of Project Progress and Lindale Link.
