Lindale Industrial Park is Open for Business

With the completion of a $1.7 million construction project to build out infrastructure in the park, Lindale Industrial Park is now open for business. Industrially Zoned lots in the Lindale City Limits are now available from 2-acres to 43-acres. All lots are currently served with water and wastewater utilities. A 40-foot wide concrete street complete with street lights and underground storm water system also serves the entire park.

The park is locateded at the intersection of I-20 and Harvey Road (County Road 433) in Lindale and is on the south frontage of I-20. It is also adjacent to a 1.6 million square foot Target Coporation Distribution Center. Lindale Industrial Park is owned by the Lindale Economic Development Corporation and was developed with the assistance of a 50/50 matching infrastructure grant from the US Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration.

Lot pricing starts at 75¢ per square foot for larger acreage parcels and will be higher for small lots.

Lindale Economic Development Corporation has completed several studies such as a Phase 1 Environmental, Wetlands delineation and sample geotech. Copies of these studies are available to serious inquirers.
