The Lindale Business Park is a newly infrastructure-ready development spanning 137 acres along the north side of Interstate 20, west of Harvey Road (County Road 433), in Lindale, Texas. The Park now has city wastewater and water service extended to the site through a new lift station and a major sewer line. This sanitary sewer project opened over 1,200 acres for development, including the 137-acre Business Park. There are currently 400 single-family homes under construction just north of the Business Park that will benefit from the new lift station. Water lines and significant road improvements, including widening County Road 433 (Harvey Road) into a four-lane boulevard with an esplanade, have also been completed. The Business Park is planned primarily for office, hotel, and service-oriented uses, with potential healthcare and family-friendly amenities. Tyler Junior College recently selected the Business Park as the home for the TJC North 40-acre campus. Nearby retail and travel center development (The Texan), along with major employers across the interstate, help support strong demand for lodging, dining, and commercial services.
